Pricing

How we calculate pricing: We assess your current setup (number of users, devices, servers, complexity) and give you a flat monthly rate. Most businesses with 5-10 employees fall in the $500-$800/month range. Hardware, software licenses, and equipment are quoted separately as needed. No surprise bills, no hidden fees.

  • Server management - Windows Server, file servers, backups
  • User support - Desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers
  • Security - Firewall config, antivirus, patch management
  • Cloud services - Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.
  • Compliance - PCI-DSS, HIPAA basics (consulting, not legal advice)
  • Vendor coordination - We deal with ISPs, software vendors, etc.

Hardware and equipment: Monthly fee covers our time, monitoring, and support. New hardware, software licenses, and major equipment purchases are quoted separately at cost (no markup).

Common Questions

What if I just need one-time help, not monthly support?

Check out our individual services—WiFi troubleshooting, computer tune-ups, hardware upgrades, etc. Those are pay-as-you-go with no contracts. This page is for businesses that want ongoing IT management.

What if I already have an IT person?

We can work alongside them (fill gaps, handle overflow) or take over entirely if they're moving on. No drama, no turf wars—we're here to help.

Do you lock me into contracts?

Managed services are month-to-month. If it's not working for you, cancel anytime. We'd rather earn your business than trap you in a contract.

Can you help with compliance (HIPAA, PCI-DSS)?

Yes, we can help with the IT side of compliance—network security, access controls, encryption, etc. We're not lawyers, so we don't provide legal compliance advice, but we can implement the technical requirements and work with your compliance consultant.

Does the monthly fee include hardware?

No - the monthly fee covers our time, monitoring, and support. If you need new equipment (servers, switches, computers, etc.), we quote that separately at cost with no markup. You're always free to purchase your own hardware and we'll install and configure it.
