How We Fix It
We clean up all the crap slowing you down—startup programs, temp files, registry junk, background processes eating resources. Here's what we do:
- Startup optimization - Kill unnecessary programs launching at boot
- Disk cleanup - Remove temp files, caches, old updates hogging space
- Malware scan - Check for anything suspicious (light removal included, deep infections quoted separately)
- Windows updates - Make sure you're patched without the annoying forced reboots
- Performance diagnostics - Identify hardware bottlenecks (RAM, disk, CPU)

Most systems cleaned up in 1-2 hours. Includes startup optimization, disk cleanup, malware scan, Windows updates, and performance diagnostics.

Common Questions
Will this make my old computer feel new again?
If it's software-related bloat—yes. If your hardware is genuinely outdated (spinning hard drive, 4GB RAM), we'll tell you what upgrade makes sense. A $150 SSD upgrade often beats buying a new $800 laptop.
What if there's a virus?
Light malware removal is included in the tune-up. If you've got a serious infection (ransomware, rootkits, etc.), that's a deeper job—see our Virus & Malware Removal service.
Do you work on Macs?
Yes, though 90% of our tune-ups are Windows machines. Same process applies—clean up the junk, optimize startup, check for issues.
